What are the types of coffee roast?
The four types of coffee roasts are light roast, medium roast, medium-dark roast, and dark roast. Each of these roast levels has a different aroma, appearance, and flavor. This particular coffee is a medium roast flavor.

There are four primary types of coffee beans: Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, and Excelsa. All four varieties are grown in the Philippines. This coffee is a Robusta variety from Kalinga, Philippines.

How to brew Robusta Coffee?
1. Traditional Method
2. French Press
3. Pour Over Method

How to brew using the traditional method:
1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle or pot. Bring water to a boil.
2. When boiling, turn down the heat and add 2 tablespoons of sugar followed by 2 tablespoons of Robusta ground coffee.
3. Let the coffee settle for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Filter coffee grounds before serving.

How to brew coffee using a French Press:
1. Put a tablespoon of coarsely ground coffee into the pot.
2. Add hot water.
3. Insert the plunger back in and hold for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Press down the plunger slowly and steadily.
5. Serve coffee and enjoy!

How to brew coffee using Pourover Method:
1. Prepare water at the right temperature (90 to 86 degrees Celcius).
2. Rinse your filter for 5 seconds with hot water.
3. Start your clock and add enough water to soak all of the coffee (a little premature dripping is okay). Wait for the coffee bed to stop the initial swelling (about 30 seconds) before adding more water.
4. Wait for your coffee to drip for 20 seconds to 60 seconds.
