Our store is located in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. This is the most strategic location from Kalinga, because the nearest major couriers are located in Tuguegarao. This location is decided for the utmost convenience of our customers.

  1. How long are shipping times?

Delivery Lead time is 1-3 working days, depending on where the parcel is shipped to. Due to high demand and strict quarantine protocols in some areas, please bear with us for any delivery delays. We are located between the Cordilleras, and rest assured that we deliver straight from the hands of our noble handweavers and local artists.

  1. How much is the cash-on-delivery fee?

Cash-on-delivery fee depends on your location. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you've placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

  1. What's your return policy?

For products other than face masks, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellations are possible within a 24-hour timeframe since checkout. Order is considered final sale beyond the given time window.
  • Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable.
  • Exchange can only be made for a different size and/or color.
  • Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.

    1. What happens if I received the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You can ship the product back to us so we can replace it with the correct item.

    1. Do you offer exchanges?

    Due to hygienic reasons, all face masks are final sale. No returns or exchanges unless due to manufacture defects. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.  Best to make up your mind before finally buying your dream gadget as all sales are final.

    For returnable items, the product must be shipped back to Batik Atbp within 24 hours from the date of email notification. Shipping and handling costs involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer if they ordered the wrong item. Otherwise, for manufacturing defects, Batik Atbp will refund the return cost.
