Policies and Delivery
- The minimum required order is 10 gift boxes
- Order is confirmed once the buyer acknowledges the Purchase Order (PO)
- By telegraphic transfer, 50% down payment upon confirmation and 50% one before shipment, net of bank charges, to our bank:
* All items will not be released for shipment until full payment is made.
* Proof of Payment should be sent to Batik Atbp through verified e-mail or messaging platforms only
- Actual production starts only after the confirmation of order and the remittance of 50% down payment. Delay in the confirmation and payment would correspond to the delay in the shipment.
- Revisions or cancellation of the Confirmed Purchase Order will only be accepted within seven (7) days after the order is confirmed. Revisions or cancellations after the 7-day period will no longer be entertained.
- In case of cancellations within the 7 day period, where there is an amount due for refund, the said amount will be debited to the subsequent orders of the buyer. If cancelled after the 7 day period, the down payment shall be forfeited in favor of Batik Atbp.
- For any complaint in the received items, the buyer is requested to report the said complaint within 7 days after receipt of goods. Batik Atbp and the buyer shall then agree on the next course of action regarding the complaint. Batik Atbp shall no longer entertain complaints conveyed after the 14 day period.
